Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Times

In-Stock Items

Items that are in stock typically arrive within 2 business days to 2 weeks, depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are manufactured specifically for customers and generally require additional production time. Most pre-orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks, although they may take 2–5 weeks depending on manufacturing schedules, product demand, and shipping conditions.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ET Designz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
